Questions at quote stage
What customers usually ask about custom print.
Can I order online immediately?
Custom print is quoted to the job rather than sold through an automatic checkout. Send a brief first; the written quote will confirm the specification, delivery, applicable VAT and timing.
Are the prices on the price guide final totals?
No. Each amount is a published production-price anchor for the fields shown. Any unstated project details, delivery and applicable VAT are confirmed in writing.
Can you quote before my artwork is finished?
Yes. Tell us what is fixed and what remains open. We can identify the decisions needed to move the job forward, while final production approval waits for the right artwork and proof process.
How do I share artwork?
Use the enquiry form for the project description and an optional secure link. If the project progresses, we will confirm a private file-handover route for the artwork.
Can you promise a delivery date or material before review?
No. Lead time, materials, freight, tax treatment and specialist requirements are confirmed for the individual project in writing.
What should I confirm before accepting a print quote?
Check the finished specification, what production and proofing include, the delivery destination and treatment, applicable VAT, timing assumptions and payment terms. Ask for any unresolved point to be written into the project quote.
Have a print job to price?
Tell us what it is, how many you need and where it is going.
Artwork can be ready, unfinished or not started. The written quote records the specification, open questions and proposed production route.
