Quotes are project-specific
A public price guide is not an offer to supply a delivered consumer total. A written quote sets out the specification, price basis, delivery treatment, applicable VAT, timing assumptions, proof route and payment terms proposed for the project.
Artwork and proof approval
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for supplied content. Production follows a clear artwork handover and proof-approval record. Check all content and project-specific details when approving the proof.
Changes
Changes to size, quantity, materials, finishes, components, artwork, delivery destination or timing may require a revised quote. No production, delivery or material claim is final until it is confirmed in the accepted project terms.
Payment
Online checkout is not available for custom print. Payment details are provided only in the written documentation for an accepted project. Do not rely on an informal or unverified request.
Consumer and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional payment, delivery or returns terms form part of the written quote, giving you time to review them prior to commitment.
