What this form collects
The quote form collects contact details, project specifications, delivery location information, artwork status, optional file links and the project brief you choose to provide. Your enquiry is stored in a private project record so it can be reviewed and answered.
Why we use it
We use this information to review the requested print project, respond to the enquiry, prepare a written quote where appropriate, maintain a project record and protect the form from abuse. Artwork is not uploaded through the public form.
Who can access it
Only authorised people handling enquiries can access the record. It is not published. Relevant details may be shared with production, delivery or service providers only when needed for an accepted project.
Retention and requests
If you want to ask about an enquiry record, reply to a message you receive about the project and include its reference. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs.
Updates
We may update this notice when our contact, payment or data-processing arrangements change. Online payment is not currently available.
